How to get to this screen: Click on Vehicles Equip/Tools, then Vehicle File.
This screen is used to keep track of company vehicles.


Vehicle File - NetServiceBooks Service Software
  • Enter a Vehicle ID up to 6 characters long.
  • Enter all the vehicle specifics under the General Info tab.
  • Enter an employee code in the Driver field. This will link that employee to this vehicle.
  • When all information has been entered, click the Save button to submit.

  • Type any Comments in the text box.
