11-21-2009	There is now no problem with saving any information on any customer, job, proposal,invoice, estimate or invoice comments. You can now copy and paste from Word or any other program into NSB.
11-14-2009	Added full gmail integration to the Contact Management module. A new Gmail button is now on the Contacts screen that allows you to send an email thru your gmail account. You can also send mass emails thru your gmail based on an mail code on the contact file using. You can send emails matching by using the recontact customers/prospects selection of Contact management. Please contact NSB if you wish to use this feature.
11-8-2009	Keeping your general ledger in balance with your respective aging reports is now easier. There is a new checkbox on the general ledger system file called only allow entry into current month. If this checkbox is checked then whatever you enter that sends transactions to the general ledger is affected. When you tab off a date of a voucher for example, the fiscal period will change when you tab off the voucher date and you can not save a voucher if the fiscal period does not match the voucher date. NSB knows the correct fiscal period based on the date when you setup under Utilities Maintain System file First Calendar Month Of Fiscal Year.
11-6-2009	Added invoice information to the right side of the print jobs file. This information consists of a list of invoices with that job number and how much of the invoice is still unpaid. Allows the user to get a quick look at their accounts receivable associated with their jobs.
11-6-2009	Added user history button on equipment forms under utilities menu. This new feature can be used when your computer hangs or your power goes out while doing an html equipment form or just to look at what you just changed.
11-3-2009	Added new text box called email comments on the parts request screen. These email comments will only be used for email or faxing to the vendor by your purchasing person to get prices from the vendor on the specified materials on your parts request.
11-3-2009	*ie8 Window Size Tip* If you are experiencing crazy windows sizes, try this: Close all windows of Internet Explorer except for one. Resize the window manually by dragging the sides to the desired size (do not click the maximize button). Hold down the CTRL key and click the close button on the browser (upper right).
10-31-09	Made g/l accounts center faster and added the ability to see non-posted items. Now you can see all your transactions(closed and unclosed) for any general ledger account in one place by going to the general ledger menu then to the accounts center. When you click on the account number on the left you will see all the transactions for that account on the right. Check out our new General Ledger Accounts Center.
10-31-09	Added user history button on Maintain Invoices. Now whenever an invoice is saved. Whether in Maintain Invoice or Quick Invoice, a history is kept of the user, date and the detail description as it was when the invoice was saved by the user.
10-27-09	Added user history button to parts request. This new button will allow the user to see every person that has saved this parts request and the date it was saved. Also, a copy of the parts request tech notes, purchasing notes and email notes is kept in history.
10-25-09	Would you like to keep track of all the call backs by employee code? If you click the call back check box on the work order. The call back empcode will be tagged with this call as a call back and when you bring up the work order listing you now have the option of printing just call backs.
10-26-09	A change has been made when making customer payments. You can now apply a discount amount when entering a payment if you allow the customer to get a discount for paying early. Although, many hvac companies do not need this feature. Some do like to reward their customers with paying early.
10-16-09	What you are currently seeing is a new updates and changes notification. From now on whenever you login into NSB and any new enhancements or fixes have been made. You will see them here. New notifications are coming soon. Now all you have to do is click mark as viewed and click the close button.

1. In your Internet browser, click on Tools.
2. Select Security from the drop down menu.



3. Click the 'Custom Level' button as shown above.



4. Scroll down to 'Display Mixed Content' and select 'Enable'.



5. Scroll down to 'Navigate sub-frames across different domains' and select 'Enable'. Click the 'OK' button.



6. A warning will appear as shown above; click 'Yes' to move on.
