How to get to this screen: Click on General Ledger, then Trial Balance. The Trial Balance prints out a report that shows every account with it's beginning and ending balance for the month and the difference between them.

  • To view Detail, check the corresponding box.
  • Select the Starting and Ending Fiscal Number and click Run Report.
