Technician Work Order List
How to get to this screen: From the Main Menu, click on Work Order List.
This screen is used for looking up pre-existing work orders.
This screen is used for looking up pre-existing work orders.
- Sort By - Select an option from the drop down menu.
- Listing Type - Select an option from the drop down menu.
- List Contract Orders - Include work orders created for service contract PM work.
- List Only Contract Orders - List only work orders for service contract PM work.
- Emp-Code - Specify the technician's employee code as the only one to list.
- Beginning Work Date Range - Starting work order date range.
- Ending Work Date Range - End work order date range.
- WO # - The work order number. Click here to edit or preview the work order.
- Date - The work order date.
- Customer # - The customer ID from the customer file.
- Job # - The job number from job cost.
- Tech - The employee code of the technician on the work order.
- Problem - A description of the trouble reported or the routine maintenance work to be performed.
