This page is a guide on using the Technician's Menu. All the links on this page are contained in the Technician Course over to the left side of your screen. To get back to this page, click on the User's Guide link at the bottom of each page.
The Schedule Board is the main board to work from on the Technician's Menu. A Technician can see his schedule, make invoices, request parts and more from this screen.
The Quick Invoice can be accessed from the main menu or from the schedule board (with customer information and materials from the work order).
The Time Cards screen is used to enter time manually. Time entered on invoices can also be seen here.
A technician can also access Maintain Work Orders, List Purchase Orders (for research), Work Order List (research work orders),orders), Parts Request Board (view/edit parts requests), and List Tech Invoices (find invoices). Visit us at netservicebooks.com!
