How to get to this screen: Click on Accounts Receivable, then Statements.
From this screen you can view and print customer statements.


Customer Statements
  • Choose either Customer/Billcode from the scroll down field. Enter either the Customer or Bill Code.
  • The Statement Date is set for today.
  • The Print All Statements box, when selected, will bring up all statements on record.
  • Unless the Print for Zero Balance box is selected, the statement will not show zero balances.
  • Choose from the Display Statement(s), Email Statement (shown below), or Fax Statement buttons, depending on what you need.
