Spark is an instant messaging tool that can be downloaded to your computer. It is still private and runs with NSB, but does not close when the browser you are working in closes.
To download Spark, go to http://www.igniterealtime.org/downloads/index.jsp#spark. Click on the download button for your platform.



When your platform is selected, choose the recommended download, as shown below.



Once the program is downloaded to your computer, enter your NetServiceBooks information to log in.



Click 'Login' at the bottom right. All your contacts will be loaded into your Spark from your company in NetServiceBooks; contact Mike or Cassy for support.
To instant message someone, double click on their name to begin chat.
