How to get to this screen: Click on Billing, then Service Contracts.
This screen is used to generate a list of service contracts. Choose from several different sort by options.

Service Contract Report
  • Select range to print and click the Print button.
  • To narrow the list, select an option to Sort By from the drop down menu, enter a Sales Person code, Service Month Number and/or Billing Month Number.
Service Contract Report
  • The Customer # is a link - click on the blue Cust # link to be taken to the original Service Contract for viewing or editing.
