A Purchase Order is sent to the Delivery/Pick Up Board from the maintain Purchase Order Screen. Send PO To Delivery Board - NetServiceBooks Service Software
  • Click on the Deliv/PU button on the top menu to assign this Purchase Order to a driver by placing it on the Delivery/Pick Up Board.

  • All the information from the Purchase order will appear on the Delivery/Pick Ups screen. Enter the Employee Code of the Driver and Technician. This will alert these people of this purchase order.
  • Select from the PU/Delivery/To Do drop down menu the job that is being assigned to the Driver.
  • Type any Notes in the text box.
  • When the PO is taken care of and is ready to leave the Delivery/Pick Up Board, check the Completed box to remove it.
