How to get to Sales Quotes Board: Click on Contact Management, then Sales Quotes Board; or Click on Purchase Orders/Returns, then Sales Quotes Board.
When a call is flagged from Maintain Contacts it will appear on the Sales Quotes Board as a special call separate from the Parts Request opportunities on the left side of the board.

• When a Sales Opportunity is flagged through Maintain Contacts, it will appear in a separate area on the right side of the board.
  
• Clicking on the blue phone number link will take you to that call in Maintain Contacts.

• Change the Status of this quote by using the drop down menu.The None selection will take this call off the board when this customer has been taken care of.
• The Message Log button at the top opens a log of all messages recorded for this contact.
