How to get to this screen: Click on Utilities, then Recover Payroll. The Recover Payroll tool is used when switching years in the Payroll System File.
- Select your company's Weeks In Pay Period from the drop down menu.
- Click Run Recover.
- Your screen will look like the one below when the recover is complete.
