Purchase Orders Board
How to get to Purchase Orders Board: Click on Purchase Orders/Returns, then Purchase Orders Board.
The Purchase Orders Board shows the purchase orders and their status. The legend above shows the color meaning.
The Purchase Orders Board shows the purchase orders and their status. The legend above shows the color meaning.
- The Parts Request L/U button will take you to Maintain Parts Request, where you can look up or create a parts request.
- The Customer L/U button goes to the Maintain Customer screen. From there you can look up or create a new customer.
- The PO L/U button will go to the Maintain Purchase Order screen to look up a purchase order or create a new one.
- When you mouse over a purchase order, customer ID and comments will appear.
- Click on the blue number link to go to the purchase order.
- From here you can view the purchase order and makes any changes.
- The Receive button will take you to a screen to receive materials. Once everything on the purchase order has been received, the purchase order will leave the board.
