How to get to this screen: Click on Inventory, then Print Audit Trail.
Print Audit Trail will show a list of items in their locations, including the quantity and totalcost.
Print Audit Trail - NetServiceBooks Service Software
  • Type in the Location. A Location must be entered to search.
  • Enter an Item # to look for a specific item.
  • Enter the Beginning and Ending Dates.
  • Select from the Audit Trail drop down to search for items going In or Out according to the adjustments that have been made for that location.
  • Choose a Summary or Detail Report Type.

  • The items are listed by total quantity in this location with a total cost of the items.
