How to get to Parts Returns Board: Click on Purchase Orders/Returns, then Parts Returns Board. The Parts Returns Board shows parts that have been marked to return from a Parts Request or Purchase Order. From here you can see and change the status of a return, return the parts, and view/edit vouchers created for the return. From the board you are able to look up parts returns, customers and purchase orders.orders. Parts Returns Board - NetServiceBooks Service Software
  • The Parts Returns Board is color coded according to status. RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization from the vendor.
  • To see a return in detail, click on the return.

  • Parts Returns are generated from the Parts Request or the Purchase Order and are created using the information from those screens.
  • The Status code can be changed by using the scroll down menu.
  • When a part is being returned, click on the Return Parts button at the top of the screen. This will create a negative voucher to go against the original.
  • Click on the Vouchers button to see the vouchers related to this return.
