This menu is a chopped version of NetServiceBooks. With this version, it's simple to dispatch work orders to technicians, manage customer files including equipment, and invoice. Support is also available from the chat button. On this page I will provide a brief description of each button with a link to more detailed documentation.



Schedule

• Dispatch Wizard - click here to create a new work order or view schedule records.
• Print Schedule - print out today's schedule for a technician who doesn't have the ability to manage their schedule bard from the field.

Billing

• Quick Invoice - create or manage an invoice.
• Customer Payments - enter customer payments and apply them to invoices.
• Credit Memos - apply credits to unpaid invoices.

Customers

• Customer Center - view in one screen customers, invoices and work orders. Edit customer information; access equipment history.
• Bill Codes - create bill codes for customers to use on the customer file for different locations.

Reports

• Invoice Ledger - pull up invoice listings using several different parameters.
• Technician Invoices - access invoices by technician.
• Statements - print statements for customers.

System File - the core of your system (company information, default charges, hourly rates, etc.)
Users - manage users and permissions (administrators only).
Chat - instant message with support or other company employees.
