How to get to this screen: Click on Purchase Orders/Returns, then Material Templates. Material templates are used to pull in multiple inventory items onto a parts request or purchase order.

• Enter a six character description in the Template # field, or use the lookup button to search for an existing template.
• Under the Defaults tab, enter a brief description of this template in the Name field.
  

• Add items to the template by clicking the Add Lines button under the Materials tab.
