How to Log into the Technician Menu
To log into NetServiceBooks, go to https://online.netservicebooks.com.
Enter the Username, Password and Company Name that was provided to you by your system administrator.administrator (this screen is case sensitive, so make sure to use all lowercase letters). Click on the Login To NetServiceBooks button.

The Technician menu will appear. Each page in NSB has a Help button that will open a page with directions on how to use that screen.
