How to get to this screen: Click on
Job Cost, then
Jobs File.
Jobs File gives you a list of all jobs including the job number and work order number for a specified period.
- Select a Job Type from the drop down menu.
- Choose a Sort By option from the drop down menu.
- If Start Date was selected from the Sort By list, enter a Begin Date.
- By checking the Print Comments box, short descriptions will appear on the jobs file.
- The Jobs Meeting Version allows you to change the status of the job and add permits and OEM information right on the report.
- The Make Comments Editable selection will enable you to edit comments on the report. This is also very useful in jobs meetings.
- Click the Run Report button.
- Above is the Jobs MettingMeeting Version of this report. Text boxes are provided to allow easier comments to be added in a job meeting. After adding comments, click the Save button. The Job # and Work # are links that will allow you to edit from this report.
