This page is a guide on using the Job Cost module. All the links on this page are contained in the Job Cost Course over to the right side of your screen. To get back to this page, click on the User's Guide link at the bottom of each page.
Track Job Progress by manager. Use the reports to gauge job cost. The Jobs File is built to keep track of jobs on a regular basis. An editable meeting version accommodates simple note keeping on all jobs.

- An Estimate can be made from the Parts Request using the Quick Estimate screen.
- When starting a new job, use the New Job/Estimate screen.
- After entering a Quick Estimate or New Job/Estimate, you can access them under Maintain Estimates and Maintain Jobs.
- From Maintain Estimates you have the ability to go to the Maintain Jobs for the estimate and/or create Proposals.
- Proposal Shorthand is a useful tool to enter commonly used phrases, paragraphs, etc. that are commonly used in the creation of your proposals.
- Transactions for jobs are tracked on a separate screen.
