How to get to Delivery/Pick Up Board: Click on Purchase Orders/Returns, then Delivery/Pick Up Board. The Delivery/Pick Up Board is used to monitor deliveries and pick ups that are in process. From here you can create a new delivery or pick up and look up customers and purchase orders.

Delivery/Pick Up Board - NetServiceBooks Service Software

  • The Delivery/Pick Up Board is sorted by driver. The colors show the status of the delivery or pick up.
  • The board can also be sorted by vendor when the Sort By Vendor box is checked.
  • Use the New Delivery P/U button to enter information for a new delivery/pick up.
  • The Customer L/U button takes you to Maintain Customer to look up or create a new customer.
  • The PO L/U button goes to Maintain Purchase Orders to look up or create a new purchase order.
  • By mousing over the top blue number link in the delivery/pick up box, you can view the vendor, customer and any notes.
  • If a delivery/pick up has a second blue number link, this is the purchase order number. This takes you to the Maintain Purchase Order screen where you can receive the items and print labels.
  • The top number link takes you to the Delivery/Pick Up screen.

  • Enter the Time Start and Time End or enter the total Hours. This information is sent to the employee's time card in payroll.
  • When the Completed box is checked, the delivery/pick up will be taken off the board.
