  • To delete a payment record, search for the payment by scrolling down the list or use the Control-F command (press the Ctrl key and F key on your keyboard at the same time).
Maintain Customer Payments
  • Click on the Payment Number link you wish to delete.
Edit Customer Payments
  • Click on the Delete button, then click the Refresh button on the Maintain Payments screen. The payment you deleted will no longer be there.
