Customer History can be viewed from the Maintain Customer screen. Customer History - NetServiceBooks Service Software
  • Click on the History button at the top menu.

  • Select Report Type from the drop down menu.
  • Checking the Print Just Non-Billable Labor/Material box will further specify the contents of the history pulled up.
  • Group Type will sort the history report by Invoice or by Section.
  • Select a Beginning Date Range and Ending Date Range.
  • Click Run Report.

  • Links to the invoices are on the report; click on the invoice number link to go to that invoice.
