How to get to Create Contract Orders: Click on Schedule, then Create Contract Orders.
Create Contract Orders automatically generates preventative maintenance schedule records for customers with service contracts on the schedule board. This is based on the months to service in the customer's service contract file.
The Contract Work Orders remain on the schedule board under the PM column until assigned to a technician for maintenance to be performed.
This process should be done once a month.

• Choose the Month to create from the drop down menu.
• Click the Create Orders button to create contract orders for the next month.

• This process is very important for contract customers. Be sure Work Orders are created on a regular basis to ensure contract customers receive their scheduled maintenance.
