Contact Management
This page is a guide on using the Contact Management module. All the links on this page are contained in the Contact Management Course over to the left side of your screen. To get back to this page, click on the User's Guide link at the bottom of each page.
1. Set up the Lead Sources (how the contact was referred to your company) for your company first so they can be attached to the contact for messaging and sales opportunities.
2. The Phone Messages screen is used to enter phone messages as they come in, track them and close them when they are taken care of. New Contacts are set up by phone number in the Contacts File, and can be created from the Phone Messages screen.
3. The Re-Contact Report includes links to the contact file along with recontact dates.
4. The Sales Quotes Board will show calls from contacts that are considered sales opportunities. An e-mail can also be sent to the sales person from the Contacts File screen.
