How to get to Collection Letters: Click on
Accounts Receivable, then
Collection Letters.
From this screen a letter to a customer can be found or generated and
printed.
- In the Letter # field type in the letter number or use the lookup key to search.To write a new letter enter a number that is no longer than 6 characters.
- Choose a Style, Font and Font Size. A toolbar is provided to give more options in creating a letter.
- To type single space, use Shift-Enter to go to the next line. The Enter key alone will create double spaces.
- Type out the letter in the Letter Body field. When you have completed the letter, hit the Save button to store it in the system and use the printing options on your computer to print it out.
